Returns

At The Hard Green, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet your expectations or circumstances change. For this reason, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

If you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us at sales@thehardgreen.com and include your order number. Our team will provide detailed instructions for completing the return process.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund process.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be received in “Like New” condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Products must not show any visible signs of wear or use. Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

If you are returning a product due to damage, you must report the issue immediately upon delivery. Please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt and send clear photos of the damage to sales@thehardgreen.com on the day of delivery. In such cases, The Hard Green will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive the correct, undamaged item as quickly as possible. All original packaging must be retained in order to process a return for damaged or defective items.

All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being processed.

Products that become damaged after use are non-refundable, unless covered under a specific warranty.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone. Cancellations made before shipment will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will be treated as standard returns under our 30-Day Return Policy, and return shipping costs will apply.

Additional Return Policy Notes

  • Some vendors or products may have return terms that differ from our standard policy. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages.

  • Products marked as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return.

  • The Hard Green sells only to customers intending to use the product for the full duration of its expected lifespan. Purchases made for temporary use or single events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, or promotional purposes) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
