Shipping Information
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. We believe in transparency and simplicity—there are no hidden fees, fine print, or surprise charges.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been successfully received in our system. At this stage, your credit card has been pre-authorized, but not yet charged.
We will then verify product availability. If the item is in stock and available for shipment, your payment will be processed and the order prepared for dispatch. If the item is backordered or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided and you will be contacted via email to discuss alternate options.
Order Shipment
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within three business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. This confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within five business days, please contact us at sales@thehardgreen.com to follow up.
International Orders
While our products are manufactured specifically for the United States market and are designed to operate on a 110V electrical system, we are pleased to accommodate international customers.
Please note that our products may not comply with electrical safety standards in other countries. However, they are fully certified for use within the United States.
Due to the wide range of dimensions and shipping requirements, we provide custom international shipping quotes upon request. If you approve the shipping estimate, we will process your order securely through our online payment gateway.
Damaged Deliveries
All customers are asked to inspect the packaging of their items upon delivery. If any visible damage is observed, please note it on the delivery documentation, or decline the delivery entirely.
If you accept delivery, it is essential to document any damage immediately by photographing the packaging and any affected items using your smartphone or camera. Please email the photos to sales@thehardgreen.com and visit our Returns page to submit your claim.
